Refund policy

All sales are final

Token Hunter is a digital product that's delivered instantly, so purchases can't be refunded for change of mind. Please read the requirements on the home page before you buy.

When we will refund you

We'll refund you in full if you were charged twice for the same order, if you never received your download link or license key, or if your key won't activate and we can't fix it with you. Email support@gettokenhunter.com with the email address you bought with or your order number.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who is the merchant of record for your order. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Your license key is turned off when a refund is issued.
